I work on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels for creators, founders and brands, and I take on clients in the US, UK, Europe and Australia as well as in India. The work is the same wherever you are. The prices below are in your currency.

I've spent six years on Brand Warikoo's short-form team, and I'm still there. Ankur Warikoo has 11.6M subscribers, and on his finance channel alone the team shipped 1,313 Shorts that averaged 85.1% retention and pulled 2 billion views. Those are team numbers. My part is the craft: given a hundred ways to cut the same sixty seconds, which one people actually stay for.
Across everything I've worked on, that adds up to more than 5 billion views. Very little of that craft is specific to India. How an opening lands, where people drop off, and which formats hold up work the same way on a channel in London or Sydney.
Almost everything starts as a diagnosis. I go through what you've already published and look at three things: how the opening seconds land, where people leave, and which formats are quietly carrying the channel. Then we rebuild the way you make things around what the numbers say. Usually that means making less, to a tighter spec.
I'm useful if your videos do fine one at a time but the channel never compounds. I'm the wrong hire for channels that want volume without a point of view, and for anyone whose real problem is paid distribution.
| Service | US | UK | Europe | Australia |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Content audit | $600 | £480 | €550 | A$900 |
| Strategy call, 45 minutes | $300 | £240 | €280 | A$450 |
| Retention teardown, 3 videos | $120 | £95 | €110 | A$180 |
| Team workshop, 2 hours | $1,500 | £1,200 | €1,400 | A$2,300 |
| Monthly retainer | from $2,500 | from £2,000 | from €2,300 | from A$3,800 |
Everything except the retainer books directly on my Topmate page, which converts the price at checkout, so the amount you pay can move a little with exchange rates. The retainer starts with a free 20-minute intro call. I take on one to three new retainers a quarter.
I score every video you've published on the opening, the drop-off points and the format. You get a spreadsheet with every post tagged, a read on the patterns behind your best and worst videos, a prioritised list of fixes, and a 45-minute call to go through it together. This is where I'd start if you post consistently and the results are all over the place.
Forty-five minutes on positioning, formats and hooks, with a written plan in your inbox within a day. Good for founders deciding how to show up on short-form, and for creators who want a second opinion before a change of direction.
Send me three videos and their retention graphs. I study them before we talk, then show you where viewers leave and how I'd cut the same footage so they stay.
Two hours with your in-house team on hooks, reading retention, and the review loops that keep quality steady without you in the room. I've taught versions of this at LIT School, Terribly Tiny Tales, IPLIX Media and WebVeda.
Scripting, editor direction, posting and weekly tracking against the goals that matter. It only makes sense if you publish enough for a system to matter. If you post a couple of times a month, buy the audit instead.
I'm in Pune, on India Standard Time (UTC+5:30). Most of the work is asynchronous: recorded video reviews, shared documents, and a weekly call.
| UK and Europe | Your morning is my afternoon, which makes this the easiest overlap. |

| Australia | Your afternoon is my morning, so calls fit inside a normal day for both of us. |
| US East Coast | Your late morning is my evening. |
| US West Coast | Your morning is my late evening. |
Aditya’s storytelling skills are top notch. He understands the YouTube audience and is capable to give retention through his edits. The quality of video is never compromised from his side.
